Scholarship Support for Croft Students
Croft offers competitive scholarship support for outstanding students who are ready to take on a challenging International Studies experience. These awards recognize strong academic preparation, motivation, and the promise students bring to the Institute.
The largest Croft awards are offered to incoming freshmen selected as Croft Scholars.
Explore Croft Scholarship Opportunities
Croft Scholarships are awarded each year to the most competitive incoming freshmen, known as Croft Scholars. Croft Scholars receive $8,000 per year for four years, for a total of $32,000.
These scholarships may be combined with most other forms of financial assistance. Croft Scholars must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4.
The Rose Bui Memorial Scholarship for Academic Excellence is awarded each year to the top rising sophomore who does not already have substantial scholarship support. The award provides $8,000 per year.
The International Student Scholarship is awarded to the most competitive international student in the Institute when the previous recipient graduates. The award provides $8,000 per year.
The Mike Aune Memorial Scholarship supports a rising sophomore concentrating on Latin America and helps cover tuition expenses.
Successful Croft applicants may also want to explore scholarship and financial aid opportunities through the 网曝门. Depending on eligibility, these may include:
- Academic Excellence Scholarships
- Accountancy Scholarships
- Carrier and Newman Scholarships
- Day Business Scholarship
- Honors College Scholarships
- Lucky Day Scholarships for Mississippi residents
Carrier and Newman Scholarships and Honors College Scholarships may not be combined with the Croft Scholarship. Students who want to be considered for 网曝门 scholarships should complete the general UM scholarship application separately.
The Freeman Foundation-supported East Asia internship grant supports eligible 网曝门 undergraduate students who complete full-time internships in East Asia. Grantees may receive up to $9,000 to advance their career goals and gain professional experience abroad.
Apply for Croft Scholarship Consideration
Students do not need to complete a separate Croft Scholarship application. The Croft online application is used for both admission to the Institute and Croft Scholarship consideration.
Students who want to be considered for Croft Scholarships should complete the Croft application by the scholarship deadline. Students who want to be considered for other 网曝门 scholarships should also complete the general UM scholarship application.
