Gerteis is displaying its latest and most advanced roller compactor called Mini-Pactor?. This roller compactor has a multilingual human-machine-interface (HMI) and uses IFIX supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) software as a platform, which supports international workgroups with different language backgrounds.
Visitors can also attend Gerteis¡¯ booth in Booth A22, Hall 10.
The containment level for this roller compactor is between occupational exposure band (OEB) 3 and OEB4 and will meet the wash-in-place (WIP) function for most the roller compactor containment requirements.
This unit is designed to process some of the most difficult products in the research and development (R&D) phase, as the capacity will start from 10g per trial up to 100kg / h. The maximum capacity enables small production or clinical trials on the same machine.
